 We will try to process and send your order within 5-7 working days of receiving your order, but the processing time of the order depends on several factors:

Orders include prints and / or patches, please renew for 3-5 days. Although most lettering is in stock, occasionally we need special orders to complete your personalized order, which may take longer.

Returns and Refunds :

  We hope you are satisfied with the purchase, but if you wish to return or exchange, please follow the instructions below.

Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the items you requested by e-mail or telephone. All items must be returned in the condition that all outer packaging and labels are intact and in the same receiving condition. Please enclose a copy of the commercial invoice and all returns. Please indicate the reason for the return on the invoice and whether you want a refund or an exchange.

Returns will be checked upon receipt. If a returned item is not flawed, correct and the correct size, we will not accept any costs associated with returning the item. If a replacement item is to be sent, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs on the replacement item, which are determined by the value in our shipping tariff card. In the event that an exchange is requested but not available, a refund will be issued. If a refund is made, it will be calculated in the amount of the purchase price of the returned item. It does not include the original shipping cost for the order.
